 I love blueberry muffins. I love banana nut muffins. Cornbread muffins. No cupcakes though.

What I don't love is dark or burnt bottoms and edges like I get in my old pan.

This pan is silicone. Soft, roll able, fold able food grade silicone. Spray it well with cooking or baking spray, and nothing will stick. It will just "pop" out with a nice push from the bottom up.

Same goes with the liners. Spray them down and no more torn papers, and just pull away. Perfect yumminess all around. The most awesome part of this product? Is that it can go in the fridge to make things like fudge, flan, custard, pudding cups, and of course jello cups! Safe to bake in, and safe to refrigerate! So awesome, right?

And clean up? Please, talk about a breeze!

If anything is sticking in corners, you literally turn it inside out and you can get it. No more burn bits stuck from the last batch of muffins. The liners get used more for jello for my son than anything else, and I bake muffins in the pan.
