 This is an amazing and versatile product. I say it is a baking mat, which it is. There are other uses in the kitchen for it though! Baking, grilling, microwave, and toaster oven. It is nonstick, and is BPA free. Being food grade silicone, it is flexible and a sinch to wash by hand or even in dishwasher.

It is bigger than a standard cookie sheet.

I use it when I need to bake something mostly. Saves from having to spray fattening and greasy non stick sprays for things like cookies, rolls, and much more. If you have a pan big enough, put this in the bottom, and make fudge. Then you just cut in pan, turn over and bam, perfect squares.

I love this product. It is good from temps ranging from -40 to 480 degrees F.
