I am a big girl. I won't lie. I am. Fluffy and so hug able! Being this size though, comes with its aches and pains on a daily basis. My back and knees hurt a lot, and my hips have been all messed up since I had my son. So When I go to the gym (which I do go every chance I get - SWEAR!) I come home sore and tired, and in a lot of pain the next morning.

This TENS( Trans-cutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulator) Unit is used for muscle and joint pain relief. I have hip bursitis which flares from time to time, and there are days where I can barely get out of bed. I went to therapy for it, and they had one of these. Amazing relief, even if only for an hour. I would cry with relief on my very painfully bad days.

This set is simple and easy to use and understand. There is what comes with it:

2. two electrode cords

3. two sets of pads

4. a pad holder

5. charging unit and cord

You can use for two separate areas,, like calf and thigh, or arm and hip, or you can use it for two people at the same time.

The unit is rechargeable, and comes charged.

There are 8 modes of stimulation, with an adjustable intensity. Also has a built in timer, or you can go into manual settings. 

The pads have a thick, sticky substance on them so you can reuse them. If they get dirty, just wipe clean with a damp cloth. There is a plastic holder for them though for storage.

This is an amazing, and game changing product for a mom who doesn't like doctors or therapy. On bad days, I can just put on and move around and do things. My back, hips and legs never have to feel the pain I have experienced in my life over the last couple years again for long!
