 I love vinegar. Love love love it. White distilled, apple cider, red wine, balsamic. I love the acidity it brings to a dish. I usually forget about it though, because I buy it in a large container, and if a recipe doesn't call for it, it stays put away in our tiny kitchen. 

I love to cook with olive oil, but times lately have been little rougher, so we use canola. Not as good as olive, but much better than say vegetable.

This container is thick, crystal clear plastic with a partition down the middle. A top that has a locking mechanism, and 2 tubes running down into both sides for maximum use. Each side is labeled Vinegar or Oil, and the nozzle has indicators. A dark drop, half and half, or light drop. They are to let you know if you are doing one, the other, or both in your spray.

I use it on the oil only to spray my pans down to cook with, and vinegar only to season say chicken or deer. I use it on the half and half on just about anything really... salad, meats, toasted breads. You think it up, you can do it!

This is small, and compact. I keep it by my stove at all times now. No more "Darn it! I forgot to sprinkle vinegar in this".

The sprayer needs to be worked for a minute or two on each side alone before you can get it to do the dual. Other than that, works great with a nice even spray.
