SantaMedical No Contact Thermometer Review

SantaMedical No Contact Thermometer Review

Being a mom, I know how hard it can be when your child is sick. It hurts us to see them hurt, and suffer. We want to make them better, so what is the first thing we do? Check their temperatures. Rectally (which a lot of moms, myself included, try to avoid even though it is the most accurate temperature read) under the arm, under the tongue. Any way possible, we check their temperature.

These days, there are a couple new ways of temperature taking, and one of them is no contact. It doesn't need to touch skin, or go in mouth, or internal at all. Just add a degree. That's it. Same concept as under the arm temperature reading.

This thermometer is large, with a large digital display that includes a back light.

It reads body temp only a centimeter or two away from skin. Just point, get it close to forehead or temple, and press the big button in the lower center area.

You can switch from Fahrenheit to Celsius.

It also has two other modes. Room Temperature (which is exactly as it says) and surface temperature (to take temperatures of food and how hot, say, a pan might be).

There is a small button on the side that puts it silent too. No more waking the sick baby with a loud beep. Best thing though, is it reads in about a second. Nearly instantly.

It is so amazing! I love this thermometer, and is a definite staple in our home now!

I received this product in exchange for a fair, honest, and unbiased review, which 100% is original to me.
