Sleep is a far fought battle in our home. I cosleep with my son while dad works nights. So that is challenge number one. Challenge number two is the karate moves my son performs in his sleep. Challenge three is the biggest for me though.

Comfort. Waking pain free.

I have mild arthritis in my lower spine, and my neck and shoulders tend to be tense after a long night tossing and turning to get comfortable. My big thing is pillows. I usually sleep with 3+ folded, rolled, and smashed to the shape I need. 

No longer does the pillow "orgy" occur in the bedroom anymore. The first night was a little tough getting used to having my head lower than what it was used to with the pillows, after that though....

Heard the term "sleep like a baby"? How about "slept on a cloud"? Both statements are true in this instance.

As you can see in the picture above, there is a low side and a high side. That is for neck support. I use the taller side. The memory foam is snugly, but doesn't stay long. It is super duper springy, with just enough memory to it to be comfy. Also, it comes in its own zip cover, but I put another cover over it to help with allergies for my son and I.

Now that I have been initiated to the memory foam pillows, I don't think I will ever, ever, EVER use a regular pillow again!
