I want to start off with: I LOVE BAMBOO! It is so smooth when worked, so incredibly hard and hard to destroy, and I think it smells amazing. It is 8" wide, and 6" long, and about an inch thick. It has a super deep juice groove all around one side, and the Practico name is burned into the wood, so no chemicals. It is unsealed, so no sealant chemicals are present either.

You can use it on the other side, as well, which is good if you are doing raw meat and then veggies/fruit and want to save the washing time. 

It is the perfect size to pack for a camping or hiking trip, perfect sie to use as a small serving tray for say, cheese and fruit.

I've used it for apple cutting for my toddler, and I won't lie. I'm a mean slicer. I destroy cheap cutting boards in little to no time. After two apples skinned, cored, and sliced, I am pleased to see that it shows no damage from my knives. I keep my slicing knives nice and sharp though. Time will tell though, how long will this one make it?

I am very impressed overall with this product. I plan on getting the jumbo one that the company sells at some point in the near future.
