Here is the knife sharpener by Ohuhu that I received last week for review. It is made nice and solid, with almost no weight to it. When I first looked out of it, I honestly thought "This looks like it may not work".

Boy oh boy was I wrong.

I used it on my paring knife, all my knives without serration, my husbands Swiss army knife, and the few utility knives my hubby keeps around the house put up and away from tiny hands. I even sharpened both pair of paper/utility scissors that I have. They got sharper very quickly.

The directions say to use it for 3-5 passes over the blade, buut I found that a little off. I sharpened all the items by going 10-12 times over the blades. It may just be the pressure I applied, or a fluke, but either way the purpose of the product is to sharpen blades, and it does that with relative ease.

It is fairly small. I can grip it easily, and my hands are very small (I can wear kid sized gloves). Its comfortable and affords a great grip for safety and a knuckle cover for those oopsie-dents that can occur.

I'm happy with this product, and will definitely keep it around and it will get a good amount of use for a long time.
